In today's high-tech society, the church is finding itself with more equipment to utilize for the glory of God. From sound and lighting to video production and computer graphics, these crews work hard behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. No experience. No problem! We will train you. All you need is a willingness to learn and a little creativity. We would love to have you on our team!
We are always looking for camera operators, lighting, soundboard and overhead computer graphics operators. Please look over the following descriptions and see where you might fit in.
Video Operators - Each weeks sermon is recorded in High Definition for the web and DVD archive. We would like for you to join our rotation of camera operators if interested. Training will be provided.
Photographers - We are always taking pictures at Mill Grove. Some pictures find their way in the newsletter, on this web site or shared with friends and family. If you have a knack for photography and would like to help out, Click Here
Lighting operator - This person would typically only be needed for the contemporary service (The Grove) and a limited number of special services and productions throughout the year. Having a fairly slight learning curve, the digital (DMX) lighting board is already programmed. you just need to learn when to make it do what you want it to do. Interested? Audio -Artistry in sound.
The blend of high, low, and mid tones converging to a mix of
distinguishable voices and instruments united in one harmonious sound.
This job is not for everyone, but if you have an ear for it we can help
you develop the gift of sound mixing.

Computer Graphics - Ever wonder how the lyrics always match what the singers are singing and they almost always come in time for you to read them? That takes a person! Without this position, we wouldn't have lyrics, scripture, or those funny videos on Sunday morning. Are you interested? Click Here
