All Cub Scouts including Tigers and Webelos may earn them
Requirements are found here
Belt loops for Archery and BB-Gun Shooting can only be earned at a
council sponsored camp with a certified instructor and cannot be
earned at the Pack or Den level.

Parents report all advancement to the
Den Leaders who will report all advancement to the Cubmaster and
Advancement Chair monthly.

God and Country programs: (Religious
Programs)
The Boy Scouts of America encourages the spiritual growth of its
members but is absolutely nonsectarian and leaves decisions about religion
to each Cub Scout's family. Our Charter Organization can assist anyone
interested in the God and Country award for the General Protestant tract and
has an standing invitation for your family to worship with them. You can
also work on these awards with your religious leader and your parents.
