One of the most intriguing paradoxes in the Bible is found in Matthew 10:39 where Jesus said, “Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.” Our goal at Mill Grove is to help you find your life by giving it away in significant service to others.

There are many areas to serve at Mill Grove. In an age where many people are spectators in the church, we believe that God has called us all to be participants and that it is every believers responsibility and privilege to find out how they are gifted spiritually and to put these gifts to work to the glory of the Lord and for the body of Christ.

Welcome Center Attendants Needed

Jesus said, when you greet a stranger in my name, you are greeting me. Greeting first time visitors is a joy and a privilege. Mill Grove would like to staff the Welcome Center counter with individuals who will greet 1st time visitors and offer them a free gift (coffee mug or T-shirt) if the first time visitor brings a completed information card to the Welcome Center counter after worship. This ministry will take the place of driving out to the homes of first time visitors and delivering coffee mugs and church information. Sign up in the Welcome Center.

Servant Hearts

needed on the FOURTH Sunday of each month Do you have the gift of hospitality? Do you enjoy serving others? Is making coffee one of your gifts or are you willing to learn how to make it? If so, will you consider joining a Hospitality Team on the 4th Sunday of each month? The Team arrives about 30 minutes before worship to prepare coffee and a bite to eat and bring some breakfast food to serve. Greeting people at the door is also part of this ministry. Sign up at the Welcome Center.
